How does the collective pricing work?

How do I cancel my subscription?
You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime via our Stripe billing portal. You'll find the link in your profile settings. Your profile will remain published until the end of your billing period, then automatically switch to the free tier (15 cards).
Can I import from other platforms?
Yes! We have a built-in grid importer that preserves your layout and links. Look for the "Import from Grid" option in your dashboard.
What happens if the price increases?
It won't for you. Our price lock protection guarantees that while new users might join at higher tiers as Bhann grows, you will always remain at the lowest price you've seen. This is our commitment to our early supporters.
Do you offer refunds?
Refunds are handled directly through Stripe. You can request a refund via your Stripe billing portal, accessible from your profile settings. Stripe processes refund requests within 14 days of purchase.
Is my data secure?
Absolutely. We use industry-standard encryption, secure authentication via Clerk, and trusted infrastructure partners. Read our Privacy Policy for details.
