1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using Bhann ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.
2. Description of Service
Bhann provides a platform for creating and managing digital profiles with customizable link-in-bio pages. The Service includes both free and paid subscription tiers.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
- You must provide accurate and complete information
- You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service
- One person or legal entity may maintain only one account
- You may not transfer your account to another party
4. Collective Pricing Model
Bhann operates on a unique collective pricing model where prices decrease as the community grows:
- Price Lock Protection: Your subscription price can never increase. Once you join at a specific price, that becomes your maximum rate.
- Automatic Price Drops: If the community grows and prices drop below your locked rate, you automatically benefit from the lower price.
- No Price Increases: Even if the user base shrinks, your locked price remains unchanged.
- Sustainability Floor: Annual pricing has a floor of €6/year to ensure platform sustainability.
5. Payment and Subscriptions
Paid subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) until cancelled:
- Payments are processed through Stripe
- Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled
- Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis within 14 days of purchase
- Free tier users are limited to 15 cards per profile
- Paid subscribers get unlimited cards and advanced features
6. Content and Conduct
You are solely responsible for the content you publish through Bhann. You agree not to:
- Post illegal, harmful, or offensive content
- Impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation
- Spam, phish, or engage in fraudulent activities
- Violate intellectual property rights
- Interfere with the Service's operation
7. Intellectual Property
You retain all rights to content you create and publish through Bhann. By using the Service, you grant us a license to host, display, and distribute your content as necessary to provide the Service.
8. Service Availability
We strive to provide 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service with reasonable notice.
9. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
10. Limitation of Liability
Bhann is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
